About these terms
This website is operated by Oxford Helpers. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you book a service, the quote we send you and these terms together form our agreement.
Our services
We provide tutoring, feedback on work you have written, proofreading and research methods coaching, as described on this website and in our academic integrity policy. We do not produce work for submission. You remain responsible for the work you submit and for following your institution’s rules, including any rules on declaring support.
Quotes and payment
- Quotes are free and fixed for the scope described. They are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
- Payment terms, including any deposit, are set out in your quote.
- If the scope changes, we’ll agree any price change with you before doing more work.
Cancellations and your rights
If you’re a consumer you have 14 days after booking to cancel. If you ask us to start within that period, you’ll pay for any service already provided. Once a service has been fully provided, the right to cancel ends. Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
What we can’t promise
We’ll provide every service with reasonable care and skill. Because marks depend on your own work and on your institution’s assessment, we cannot guarantee any grade or outcome.
Using this website
- The content of this website, including our study guides, is ours. You may read and share links to it for personal study.
- Don’t misuse the website, for example by attempting to access it without authorisation or by sending spam through our forms.
- We try to keep information accurate and up to date, but it is general guidance; your institution’s own rules always take priority.
Liability
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or that result from your institution’s decisions or from your use of the website’s general guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
